Beyond the standard 1.5 oz shot glass we all recognize, you've got pony shots, which are a bit smaller at 1 oz – perfect for those delicate liqueurs. Then there are double shot glasses, often called jiggers, that hold 2 to 3 oz, which are super handy for measuring cocktails or for a stronger pour. I've even seen 'cheater' shot glasses that look tall but have a thick bottom, giving the illusion of a full shot with less liquid! sneaky, right? But what really caught my eye were the decorative and novelty types. This is where the fun truly begins! I recently came across some amazing clear shot glasses decorated with "COWBOYS" text, complete with leopard print hearts, footballs with star logos, and even goalpost designs. How cool is that for a game day party or a gift for a sports fan?! It totally changed my perspective.
