I have always been happy 🫶

I was always a happy😊person, but it turns out I was not a healthy person. I had put on over 50 pounds of extra weight after menopause, and my health was suffering tremendously. A lot of my friends turned to pharmaceuticals to lose the weight, but I didn’t want to go that route. I wanted a healthy alternative to the shot. It still takes will power , but you don’t have to put yourself on the strict diet. And you don’t have to do crazy work outs to be a healthier version of yourself. You just need to make a decision to create a difference in your health . I’ve made four small changes in my lifestyle and I’ve lost over 50 pounds in about 9 months. I feel better, I look better, my cholesterol is down & I have more energy than I have had in years! My best advice : Make some small changes and commit to your health!
