2 libras de carne de res con hueso 1/2 cebolla un puńo de cilantro , 2 dientes de ajos picados finamente 2 zanahorias ,picadas 2 calabazas verdes y amarilla picadas , 1 chayote ,2 papas medianas cortadas , 3 elotes , una lata de garbanzo , cosina la carne con las cebolla ajo hojas de laurel cosida la carne , despues retira la cebolla y agrega la zanahoria y chayote y despues los vegatales suaves y el garbanzo y listo . #recipes #reseta #caldoderes
