This is the year I become a profitable trader and this is where we are at mid February 2026:
⚪️ Passed 1/2 trials in Jan 2026 🥇
⚪️ Life happened mid Jan - threw the hole thing off 🥲
⚪️ We started some serious backtesting to work on confidence, overall cycle awareness and get more charts in my face ⏮️👩🏻💻📈
We are going through the process, faithfully putting one chart in front of the other, and hanging on to God’s promises like there is no tomorrow.
✝️ Romans 8:28 says:
“And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”
We are doing this folks - profits will come 🤍📈

Trading is as much a mental and emotional challenge as it is a technical one. From my experience, passing trials or tests early in the year builds crucial confidence, but life’s unexpected events can temporarily disrupt progress. What really helps is focusing on backtesting strategies rigorously — repeatedly reviewing charts to recognize patterns and cycles. This practice not only sharpens technical skills but also enhances one’s overall market awareness and decision-making. Faith and a positive mindset have been essential pillars throughout this process. Holding onto promises from Romans 8:28 reminds me that challenges and delays often work together for a greater purpose. Such spiritual encouragement helps sustain motivation during tough trading phases when results don’t come as fast as hoped. An important realization for me is that consistent profitability isn’t about perfect trades but about steady progress and managing emotional ups and downs. Tracking progress weekly, noting insights from backtesting, and adjusting plans accordingly forms the foundation for long-term success. Even when setbacks occur, like life interruptions in January, keeping a disciplined routine of reviewing charts and learning from each session rebuilds confidence and sharpens skills. Experienced traders often say, 'put one chart in front of the other.' This approach, combined with patience and belief in the process, gradually transforms trading from a gut feeling to a systematic craft. Embracing this mindset, mixed with spiritual support, gives me daily strength to pursue my goal of profitability in trading.
