When the world thinks too much...Spin with the gravity of attention.
Many people like to say that women are incomprehensible, trivial, or busy.
But have you ever wondered why we waste so much brain energy to 'think too much' about the same things over and over again?..In fact, the word 'overthinking' for me doesn't mean we want to argue, but it means that or 'that person' means so much to us that we don't want any mistakes to happen.
We don't want to be detectives, but our hearts respond to the feelings of the person in front of us too quickly, so our thoughts are like a shield, so we try to read the situation to take the best care of the relationship.
Unfortunately, sometimes this armor comes back on us to suffocate ourselves...
What a lot of people really want is not a win or a misunderstanding, but we just need clarity and comfort.
In the days when we repeatedly ask or worry about things that seem ridiculous, deep down, we're just saying, 'Please assure me that everything is okay.' A tight hug or a sentence that says, 'Nothing, don't worry.' It's worth more than a thousand words of explanation, and it can stop the thought storm in our heads right away.
Finally, to women who are tired of their own overthinking...Don't hate this habit, because it confirms that you are a person with a delicate heart and deeply love others. ☺️
And to the people next to us who have to deal with us...Thank you for being patient. Thank you for understanding that under many questions is the fear of losing you and the intention to keep this love as good as a woman can 'think'.
