Warning "and" BETA + Protection Status

This screen is the BMS "Warning" and "Protection Status" pages.

It's the part that says the battery is in a normal state or what protection is working.

I explained each item in a simple way. 👇

🔔 Notification status

• Full power - fully charged battery

• Low Power - Low SOC, Near Out

• No power - the battery is very low or closed.

⚡ Protection Status

This part is the safety system that BMS keeps automatically controlled.

🔋 Current / Power Side

• Over-charging power

→ Charging current exceeds a certain value

• Excessive power discharging

→ The current pulls too much load.

• Over 2 high power dischargers

→ Stage 2 protection level (more severe)

• Stop operation. Power is too high.

→ Functional cutting system to prevent damage

🌡. Temperature side.

• Charge with high temperature

→ Do not charge because the battery is too hot

• Charge with low temperature

→ Temperature is too low. Not suitable for charging.

• Discharge with high temperature

→ During power supply and overheating

• Discharge with low temperature

→ Low temperature beyond safe range

• High / Low Ambient Temperature

→ Irregular installation area temperature

• Mosphate high temperature

→ Overheating current control unit

🔌 on circuit safety.

• Short circuit

→ There is a Short Circuit, the system will cut immediately.

• Stop operation, short circuit

→ Cut to safety operation

• Cell disorders

→ Abnormal pressure on one of the cells

• Mosphate Charge has a malfunction

→ Irregular charging control unit

• Mosphate Discharge has a malfunction

→ Irregular power supply control unit

💡 Simple summary.

If no circle is selected → Normal working system

If there is an up state → BMS is defending the battery

This is the advantage of engineering-level systems.

The battery doesn't wait to break and then know.

But "prevent before damage."

BMS is the brain of the battery.

And this screen is a window that allows homeowners to see transparent security.
