Who's ever met Batrock?
"Batlock" is a term used by solar / battery people to call the condition that the battery is "unusable," or BMS cuts off because the battery has problems, such as
Heavy cell degeneration
The cell pressure is not balancing.
No charge.
Can't spit fire
BMS LOCK / CUT
The battery fell into abnormal pressure.
According to the photo posted, the ALM (Alarm) light is red, which means that the battery system is notifying the Fault or Protection, so it is called "Batlock."
Common causes:
Use low-grade / second-hand cells.
BMS poor quality
Too charged / spit
High temperature
Some cells drop pressure very differently from others.
The inverter and the battery do not match.
Release batteries often
Pre-knock symptoms:
Swing percentage
Full charge, unusually fast.
Doesn't last long.
Cut yourself when there is a load
Restart often
Alarm up, red.
If it's really heavy, sometimes it has to:
Open the cell pressure.
New Balance Cell
Change the BMS.
Change the broken cells.
Or change the whole child
In case you've experienced "one cell 4.18V, but many others are ~ 3.6V," that's also a low-quality battery and near-knock because the cells don't balance until the BMS cuts off the system.
