Hey everyone! If you're anything like me, you've probably been exploring the incredible world of reality shifting and dreaming of that moment when you finally wake up in your desired reality (DR). We all want to experience that shift, and let's be honest, we often want to shift *quickly*! That's where the Raven Method comes in – it's one of the most talked-about techniques for a reason, and I'm here to share how it's helped me on my journey. I remember when I first started, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the different methods. But then I stumbled upon the Raven Method, and something just clicked. It felt simple, yet powerful. For those new to it, the basic idea is to lie down in a starfish position (limbs not touching), close your eyes, and slowly count to 100. As you count, you're supposed to repeat affirmations like “I am shifting” or “I am in my desired reality,” and visualize your DR. The goal is to reach a hypnagogic state, where your body feels like it's falling asleep, but your mind stays awake and focused on your DR. Now, about shifting quickly – it's definitely possible, but it’s not always about speed alone; it's about making the most of your attempts. One of the biggest lessons I've learned, echoing the sentiment of 'trusting the process' from my earlier thoughts, is that consistency and belief are key. You can't expect immediate results every single time, but if you truly believe in the method and in your ability to shift, you're already halfway there. My first few attempts felt like nothing, but I didn't give up. I kept telling myself, “The universe is working with me, I just need to trust the journey.” To really boost your chances of SHIFTING QUICKLY with the Raven Method, here are a few things that have made a difference for me: Set Your Intention Clearly: Before you even start counting, genuinely feel what it would be like to be in your DR. What do you see, hear, smell, feel? The clearer your intention, the easier it is for your subconscious to grasp it. Affirmations are Your Power-Up: Don't just repeat them robotically. Feel them. When you say “I am in my desired reality,” truly embody that feeling. I often visualize myself already there as I affirm. Visualization is Key: As you count, build your DR scene by scene. Imagine walking through your DR, interacting with people, touching objects. The more vivid, the better. This is where your mind takes over from your body. Mindset Matters: This is huge! If you go into it doubting, you're setting yourself up for a struggle. Approach each session with excitement and a calm confidence. Remember the 'trust the process' mantra from earlier – it applies so much to shifting! Don't get discouraged if you don't shift on your first try, or even your tenth. Every attempt is practice. Preparation is Half the Battle: Make sure you're comfortable, hydrated, and won't be disturbed. Some people like to meditate beforehand to clear their minds. I find listening to subliminals or theta wave music helps me relax and get into the right state. Don't Obsess Over Symptoms: Tingling, floating sensations, bright lights – these are all common shifting symptoms, but don't focus on getting them. Just let them happen naturally. Focusing too much can pull you out of the meditative state. It's a journey, not a race, but by applying these tips, I've found my raven method shifting attempts have become much more potent and, yes, often quicker! The feeling when you truly SHIFTING QUICKLY is indescribable. Just remember to be patient with yourself, trust in the process, and keep believing.
