Ab routine that works!!
I’m a personal trainer and this is the simple ab routine that gave me great results! ✨
1) Sit-ups 3 x 10
I add weight to my hands and make sure it’s challenging. If you can do over 15 reps of sit-ups it’s time to add some weight!
2) Ab crunches 3 x 10
My gym has a great ab machine, but there are so many ways to do this exercise whether it be a cable or machine.
