The best apple butter 🍎 no sugar added

Good morning, we are making Apple butter to have on some fresh made sourdough tomorrow morning. Apple butter takes about 10-12 hours to make.. so make sure you make it ahead of time! Chop up apples. Season with honey, coconut sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix and we cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours, blend it up, put it back in the crockpot, and cook for an additional 2 hours on low or until a nice thickness.
