Healthy eats! Here’s what to try✨🌿🍓🌷

This is coming from someone who barely ate a single green vegetable for a whole month. Only eating sugar candies, meats and carbs. I never incorporated fruits or veggies. 🙃 So NOW as I step into this new month. I decided I want a change. This is currently what I’m eating and so far it has been well!

It’s actually easier than I thought. All I have to do is get out my own head and just buy the products instead of junk food( that I always went for at the grocery store )

It’s better to start small if you have to, and work your way up. I’m enjoying it so far✨
