Being able to workout is a blessing. During my first pregnancy, I was put on bedrest twice, so I could only workout when I was allowed to, and when I did workout there wasn’t much that I could do. Post partum I worked HARD to lose weight but had surgery 3mo post partum which set me back. 4 months p
