One of my favorite kickback variations is on a free motion machine like this. Having your back against the bar helps you not use your back and the way that the cable is positioned helps you get a full deep stretch in the front and as you kick back, you can really feel the squeeze on the upper glute

Food For Fuel…

Current mind-set: I don’t have to love my food. Food is fuel to make this engine run efficiently and attain the body goals I want for this competition. My mind is so in the zone I don’t even care about variety. This is what’s easiest for me. Prepping a ton of the same food at a time. This helps me
