My trip around the northeast coast 🗺️📍

Starting in Ohio we drove through Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Maine!

Check out the places I visited in each state below!⬇️

Pennsylvania: We only stopped at gas stations through this state. Pretty mountain and tree views but that’s it along the highway.

New York: I spent a lot of time here along the way! We were in and out of this state multiple times throughout our trip! We started in the city seeing Times Square, Rays pizza, The museum of natural history, The moxy hotel, the public hotel, Pasta de pasta, The Empire State Building, little Italy, cannoli king and the intrepid museum. Toward the end of our trip we circled back up towards the top to see Howe caverns, Destiny USA mall, Watkins Glen state park and Niagara Falls.

Connecticut: We were kind of just passing through here but we did stop at Hammoneasset beach State Park and Rocky neck state park.

Rhode Island: This state was stunning and I wish I would have made time to find more to do here. Pretty houses that are colorful and each uniquely built. Stone walls lining roads and properties. Just very picturesque. Here we visited The breakers mansion, Anna Ds cafe and the green animals topiary garden.

Massachusetts: This was another state we spent a lot of time in. So many city’s have famous attractions here. What we saw along the way was Horseneck beach campground, Nickerson state park, Barley neck inn, Chatham lighthouse, Whydah pirate museum, Cape cod national seashore, Atlantic white cedar swamp trail, Herring cove beach, Provincetown, Race pointe beach, Encore casino and hotel, Marblehead historic district, the house of seven gables, Wynott wands, Halloween museum and the Rusty Can restaurant.

Maine: I unfortunately didn’t spend much time here either. Me made it just inside Maine to The Nubble lighthouse.

This route had so much to see! We passed through so many cities and got to see so many historical and monumental sites. It was mind blowing to be in the middle of a huge city one night then camping on the beach the next.
