Taking medicine does not mean being weak, but choosing to take care of yourself. "
Many people can see us smiling, laughing, and living normally, but under that smile, we are unconsciously carrying the pressure of work so much that it accumulates into stress.
After work, we want to be quiet alone, but at the same time we are afraid of being alone, overthinking, distracted, scared, even afraid of what we are going to be. Symptoms often occur at night, heart pounding, heart palpitations, like fainting, and sometimes waking up and feeling a lot.
At first we were afraid of seeing a psychiatrist, afraid that no one would understand, but finally decided to undergo treatment, and realized that we were an anxiety disorder with panitic symptoms.
Today, we have been on medical treatment and medication for almost two years. Everything has improved. Sleep, thought, and mental state and the environment around us are very important.
"Taking medicine doesn't mean being weak, it means choosing to take care of yourself."
If we don't dare to go to the doctor that day, we have no idea what life will be like today. Some people who have never been may not understand, but those who face it will know how heavy it is.
Thank you for being brave and still fighting it every day 💛 and finding activities to reduce stress. ❤️
