นอกจากที่บทความได้เล่าถึงประวัติและความสำคัญของ Incoterms แล้ว ผมอยากเสริมความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Incoterms 2020 ที่เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุดที่ทุกคนควรรู้ครับ Incoterms 2020 มีทั้งหมด 11 กฎ ที่ครอบคลุมความรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายและความเสี่ยงระหว่างผู้ขายกับผู้ซื้อในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการขนส่ง ช่วยให้ทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจตรงกันและลดปัญหาข้อพิพาท เช่น - EXW (Ex Works): ผู้ขายเพียงแค่เตรียมสินค้าไว้ที่สถานที่ของตนเอง ผู้ซื้อรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายและความเสี่ยงทั้งหมด - FCA (Free Carrier): ผู้ขายจะส่งสินค้าไปยังตัวแทนขนส่งที่กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งช่วยแบ่งความรับผิดชอบอย่างชัดเจน - DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): ผู้ขายรับผิดชอบส่งสินค้าไปถึงที่ผู้ซื้อโดยจ่ายภาษีและค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด การเข้าใจ Incoterms อย่างลึกซึ้งช่วยให้การทำธุรกรรมระหว่างประเทศราบรื่นมากขึ้น เป็นเหมือนภาษาเดียวที่คนทั่วโลกใช้กันในการค้าระหว่างประเทศ นอกจากนี้จะช่วยให้เราประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายและความเสี่ยงได้แม่นยำ ช่วยให้เจรจาได้ดีขึ้นด้วย ในภาพ OCR ที่ปรากฏก็มีคำสำคัญอย่าง ICC หรือ International Chamber of Commerce ที่เป็นองค์กรผู้จัดทำ Incoterms และยังมีคำอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลจิสติกส์และการค้าโลก เห็นได้ชัดว่า Incoterms เป็นเครื่องมือที่สำคัญสำหรับคนทำธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์และการค้าระหว่างประเทศจริงๆ ผมแนะนำว่าไม่ว่าจะเป็นมือใหม่หรือผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์แล้ว การเข้าใจศัพท์เช่น FOB, FCA, CIF, DDP และ EXW รวมถึงกฎ Incoterms 2020 จะช่วยให้บริหารความเสี่ยง ลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่คาดคิด และทำงานร่วมกับพาร์ทเนอร์ต่างประเทศอย่างมั่นใจมากขึ้นจริงๆครับ
