Gastroparesis Warrior
8 years ago I was diagnosed with gastroparesis. But today, I no longer consider myself with this.
I focused on a few things during my healing.
Acupuncture
Digestive enzyme
Probiotic
This fruit antioxidant drink
But don’t just grab any enzyme or probiotic at the store. Most are made with synthetic ingredients that don’t help you absorb the vitamin. And a big part of gastroparesis is the inability to absorb nutrients. So take it from me and invest in the vitamins.
Message me I’m happy to share more if you’re struggling with the same thing.

Living with gastroparesis is undoubtedly challenging, mainly due to the stomach's delayed emptying that hampers nutrient absorption and overall digestion. Many individuals with this condition struggle to find effective ways to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life. One essential piece of the recovery puzzle is selecting the right supplements — not just any enzyme or probiotic off the shelf, but those free from synthetic ingredients which fail to aid vitamin absorption. It's crucial to invest in high-quality, bioavailable vitamins and supplements that truly support digestive processes. Acupuncture has also emerged as a valuable complementary therapy for some gastroparesis sufferers. By promoting nerve function and reducing gastrointestinal discomfort, it can help improve digestion and ease symptoms. Likewise, incorporating antioxidant-rich fruit drinks can support overall cellular health, reduce inflammation, and assist the body in healing. A key takeaway for anyone managing gastroparesis is patience and personalization of treatment. What works for one person might differ for another, so exploring different healing methods — from herbal remedies to lifestyle adjustments — can make a significant difference. Joining communities using hashtags like #gastroparesiswarrior or #gastroparesisawareness can provide not only support and encouragement but also practical advice from fellow gastroparesis warriors. If you're struggling with gastroparesis, focus on combining therapies that enhance digestion, support nutrient absorption, and promote healing at the cellular level. Quality probiotics, enzymes, acupuncture, and antioxidant-rich nutrition form a multifaceted approach to regaining digestive health and reclaiming your life from gastroparesis.

GP here too for almost 18 years. Which digestive pill do you take? I can’t take probiotics as my GI told me studies from University of Michigan found that it triggers SIBO which I get once in a while. Thanks!
