Pumpkin Spice Challenge
I tried this workout and let me tell you I had to modify this!!
P-PushUps: do I know when was the last time I did these? Maybe high school? But 10 easy right nope
U-UpRight Rows: I needed an extra dumbbell which I didn’t have so I used my huge container of conditioner and apparently weighs almost the same as the dumbbell I have at home. 10 you think easy maybe yes
M-MountainClimbers: who climbs mountains like that?
P-Plank: I dropped down the seconds because I’m just starting out
K-Kettlebell Swings: I’m ok with these
I-Inchworms: umm I wish it was only an inch
N-Narrow Squats: try doing these after you just did squats the day before
S-Side Plank: these do hurt
P-Plank: Not bad but at this point I was ready to be done
I-Inchworms: AGAIN
C-Crunches: My abs ( they under my tummy) hurting
E-Elbow to knee: these should not exist!!
