we always have 2 choices
evolve or repeat
Healing is often misunderstood as a never-ending task of fixing flaws or wounds within ourselves. From my own experience, and observing many others on similar journeys, I can say that healing is less about constantly repairing and more about embracing growth and self-acceptance simultaneously. Sometimes, we get caught up in identifying limiting beliefs and patterns, thinking that resolving each one will finally bring peace. But this can turn into a cycle where healing becomes a form of self-imprisonment rather than liberation. It’s crucial to ask yourself: Are you healing to genuinely feel happiness and release emotional burdens? Or are you simply moving from one 'fix' to another, never allowing yourself to simply be? True healing looks like living with the awareness that growth happens in seasons, not as a permanent state of turmoil. Picture a woman confidently walking to her favorite cafe, unbothered by past wounds—not because she is perfect or finished, but because she accepts her worth now, even as she continues to evolve. The key is to differentiate between growth that empowers and growth that chains you to guilt and shame. Healing should not become your whole identity or a reason to criticize yourself constantly. Instead, it should serve as the foundation for self-love and moving forward. From practical experience, I realized that embracing my worthiness at every step, not just when I thought I was 'fixed,' was transformative. This perspective allowed me to break free from the habit of labeling myself as 'still healing' every time I encountered discomfort or imperfection. If you recognize yourself in this pattern, consider shifting your focus from endless self-fixing to cultivating peace with who you are right now. Healing is not about being broken; it's about learning to grow while honoring your existing strength and value.
