We're not really fit for the job.
After graduation (2016), I really started working in the second year after graduation. Regular work makes me learn that we are not suitable for it at all because
1. Do not like being ordered, hahahaha. If working regularly, it is very normal that we have to do as they say, but this is not like, do not like to order to do that. Sometimes throw something to do, do not know, then we have to do and say that is a better challenge, hahahaha. Some things are just something, think that just want to throw.
2. A person who likes to argue. The voice in his head is too loud to say.
3. I don't like to get up early, I don't like traffic jams. I remember that at work, sometimes it's six o'clock and sometimes it's evening. I can't find warm sunshine to hit myself and sad.
4. Weekdays, Monday-Friday, not many people, do not have to compete with each other in the restaurant, this shop, while working regularly, like to look at those people what they work with each other.
5. Want to determine your life, be good, bad, suck, be responsible for yourself, be wrong, curse yourself, hahahaha No one has to curse again
6. Tired of being crazy, not in with having to group forcefully, but staying. Just if you can't choose, you won't want to finish the job and talk about it as a ceremony. Tired of the group doing activities. When we are too indie and what most people are in, it will look strange.
7. Be patient with low dislike. Dislike here is that we know that we will not continue with this in the future.
8. Do not want to advance in the regular line of work, do not want to postpone to be the leader, do not want to be the leader of the project, do not want to deal with the younger team
Regular work is not good. This appreciates the person who likes to work, even very well. We feel that it is not the way of drama for the reason of just saying, so it is not suitable. Now comfortable with the choice, happy with all the advantages and disadvantages, ready to receive. Very comfortable.

หลังจากได้อ่านและสะท้อนถึงประสบการณ์ที่ผู้เขียนแชร์เกี่ยวกับการไม่เหมาะกับงานประจำ ผมเชื่อว่าหลายคนคงรู้สึกตรงกันในบางจุด กรณีนี้แสดงให้เห็นอย่างชัดเจนว่าการทำงานในบทบาทเดิมๆ ของงานประจำอาจไม่ตอบโจทย์ผู้ที่ชอบความอิสระหรือรสนิยมชีวิตที่แตกต่างกัน หนึ่งในสาเหตุสำคัญที่หลายคนเผชิญ คือความไม่ชอบถูกสั่งการ หรือที่เห็นได้ชัดคือความรู้สึกต่อต้านการรับคำสั่ง อาจเพราะต้องการสร้างสรรค์อะไรใหม่ๆ หรืออยากได้พื้นที่ในการตัดสินใจด้วยตนเอง การทำงานประจำที่มีข้อจำกัดในแง่นี้อาจทำให้สูญเสียแรงจูงใจและความสุขในการทำงานได้ นอกจากนั้น การเผชิญกับสิ่งที่ไม่ชอบ เช่น การตื่นเช้าฝ่าฟันรถติด หรือความจำเจต่อกิจวัตรเดิมๆ ยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งปัจจัยที่ทำให้รู้สึกหมดแรงบันดาลใจ การทำงานบางครั้งไม่ได้มีกำหนดเวลาที่ยืดหยุ่น หรือที่ทำให้รู้สึกว่าชีวิตถูกบังคับในกรอบเวลาที่คับแคบ อีกส่วนหนึ่งที่มักถูกมองข้ามคือความต้องการในการสื่อสารและความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงาน ผู้เขียนรู้สึกไม่ค่อยชอบการจับกลุ่มหรืองานสังสรรค์ในที่ทำงาน ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องปกติเมื่อความอินดี้หรือลักษณะนิสัยไม่สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมองค์กร การทำความเข้าใจและยอมรับธรรมชาติของตัวเองเรื่องนี้สำคัญมาก เพราะช่วยป้องกันความเครียดและความรู้สึกแปลกแยก สุดท้าย การไม่อยากก้าวหน้าในสายงานประจำ ไม่ได้หมายความว่าไม่มีความมุ่งมั่น แต่เป็นเรื่องของความชอบและเป้าหมายชีวิตที่ต่างกัน บางคนแค่ต้องการรักษาคุณภาพชีวิต และเลือกทำสิ่งที่ตนเองรักโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องไต่ระดับตำแหน่งงาน จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การยอมรับตัวเองว่าบางประเภทงานไม่เหมาะกับเรา และหันไปหาวิถีที่ตอบโจทย์ตัวเองได้จริง คือกุญแจสำคัญที่ทำให้ชีวิตการทำงานเพลิดเพลินและยั่งยืนกว่า สุดท้ายแล้ว ไม่มีรูปแบบงานใดผิดหรือถูก ทุกอย่างขึ้นอยู่กับความเหมาะสมและความสุขในแต่ละบุคคล
