Emptiness can be calmed by repetitively drawing dots, creating a soothing pattern that feels like weaving a protective net. This process slow down my racing thoughts and offers a sense of security. Even when feeling powerless, sketching symbols of growth or vitality inspires a hopeful mindset. Simply layering colors without defined shapes during repression helps acknowledge buried feelings without judgment. The beauty of this approach is its simplicity—no artistic skill is required; willingness to draw is enough to start emotional release. Integrating these drawing methods into daily life creates a gentle ritual of self-care. It reconnects us to the pre-digital experience of expressing through hand movements, fostering mindfulness and emotional clarity.
