Having a baby is one of the biggest, most beautiful, and hardest experiences you’ll ever go through — as a woman, a couple, and now a family. Even if this isn’t your first, adding another little one to the mix can still bring a whole new level of chaos and emotion.
We always hear, “You’ll never be fully ready to have a baby,” and while that’s true… no one really says, “It’s going to be hard, but I’m here if you need something.”
New moms carry so much on their shoulders — their relationship with their baby, their partner, their own recovery, sibling dynamics, finances, returning to work, the state of the house… the list is endless.
So if you’re a new mom reading this: take a breath. Check in with yourself. 💭

Asking for help is not a bad thing — it’s actually one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself and your family.
