Read moreHaving experienced multiple phone hacks myself, I truly understand how unsettling it can be when your device behaves erratically—screens changing on their own and files mysteriously deleted can feel like a nightmare. From my experience, the first essential step is to immediately disconnect your phone from the internet to prevent further unauthorized access. Then, perform a comprehensive security scan using reputable antivirus or anti-malware apps available for both Android and iOS platforms. In addition, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all your important accounts dramatically reduces the risk of hackers gaining entry. Regularly updating your phone’s operating system and apps also patches security vulnerabilities that cybercriminals often exploit. Avoid clicking on suspicious links or downloading apps from untrusted sources, as these are common gateways for malware infections. If your phone’s screen changes by itself or apps start to behave unexpectedly, it may also be worthwhile to back up your data and perform a factory reset to eliminate persistent malware. Though inconvenient, resetting your device often restores stability and security. Lastly, consider using strong, unique passwords for each service and changing them periodically. Being vigilant about your phone’s behavior and acting quickly when something seems off can save you a lot of stress and protect your personal information. Sharing these tips is my way of helping others who might be facing similar frustrations, so you’re not alone in dealing with phone hacking challenges.
