Less screen time has led to more bonding time. After my IG page of 12 years got disabled I felt a wave of emotions. I felt sadness and I felt relief. I didn’t expect it to feel so bittersweet. I love the connections I made on that account the past decade but I also felt so drained and consumed tryi
