I asked ChatGPT what my life would look like if I were an Off-Campus character…
Apparently, I got my own hockey romance. 🏒💕
I asked ChatGPT what kind of character I’d be if I lived in the Off-Campus universe… and somehow I ended up with an entire hockey romance. 😂🏒
Apparently I’m the education girl who takes care of everyone, refuses to ask for help, and inevitably falls for the quiet hockey player who notices everything.
So naturally… we had to create the book cover.
And then we created the meet-cute.
And then the breakup.
And then the second-chance romance.
At this point I think I accidentally wrote a book. 😂📚
Would you read Break the Ice?

THE STORY
She knows how to take care of everyone except herself. He knows how to take care of everyone except himself. Neither of them expects to fall in love. Until Tucker walks into her life. I’m the girl who always has it handled. School? Handled. Family? Handled. Everyone else’s problems? Somehow, also handled. As long as I’m useful, I’m okay.
Then I meet Tucker.
He’s a Briar hockey player, which should probably be enough of a warning all by itself. But Tucker isn’t what I expect. He’s steady. Patient. Funny without trying too hard. And annoyingly observant. He notices when I haven’t eaten. When I’m overwhelmed. When I’m pretending everything is fine. Most importantly, he notices when I need someone before I do.
The problem?
I don’t know how to let someone take care of me.
And Tucker has his own problem.
He needs to feel useful.
So when I push him away, he doesn’t know how to simply stand beside me.
He wants to fix things. I don’t want to be fixed. Somewhere between hockey games, late-night conversations, stolen kisses, family drama, and one very inconvenient locker room, we fall completely in love.
Then our futures start pulling us in different directions. And instead of letting Tucker choose me, I make the choice for him. We break. Not because we stopped loving each other.
Because sometimes loving someone means being brave enough to let them choose you.
