It literally translates to 'Rice, Bean Sauce, Vegetables,' and it's a complete, flavorful meal all on its own. The beauty of this dish lies in its simplicity and the depth of flavor achieved through slow cooking and aromatic spices. Let's talk about the star of the show: the sos pwa (bean sauce).
