Most of the 4th week of Gymshark66 I have been sick. BUT, thanks to GS66, I still got all my habits done every single day! Here’s how: -Set a daily minimum for your habit. —Mine was at LEAST wash your face and put on lotion, eat 4 fruits/veggies daily, and get at least 5,000 steps. -
