This is followed by 5 minutes of Zone 1 training that prepares your muscles for lifting. The core of my workout focuses on lifting for 40 minutes, utilizing various exercises designed to target muscles such as the chest, back, and arms. Accessories like hand wraps are recommended to enhance grip and safety during heavier lifts. Finally, I allocate 10 minutes for cooldown stretches to help in muscle recovery and flexibility. Sticking to this routine not only enhances overall performance but also helps maintain motivation and consistency in fitness goals.
