What If I told you I figured out a recipe that tastes like the yummy crab rangoons you’re used to eating but for LESS Calories? By just tweaking some ingredients you can enjoy crab rangoons guilt free.

Ingredients:

Imitation Crab(full pack)

1 pack of NEUFCHATEL CHEESE (PRO TIP: this is your cream cheese replacement that tastes the same but for less calories)

2 tbs Garlic powder

2 tbs Onion powder

1 tbs green onions

Dash of salt to taste

Mae Ploy for dipping sauce

Wonton Wrappers

Directions:

Step 1: Shred Imitation Crab

Step 2: Add Neufchatel Cheese and all the dry seasonings

Step 3: Mix all ingredients

Step 4: Assemble Rangoon (PRO TIP: PINCH CORNERS TO THE CENTER AND CONNECT SIDES TO SEAL, USE WATER AS GLUE FOR WRAPPER TO STAY TOGETHER)

Step 5: Spray with Oil and Air Fry for 8mins @ 350F
