✨small goals, big wins (hopefully)
happy 2025, pplz! 🎉
here are some thoughts and goals I have for this upcoming year. i've noticed i've gotten more and more anxious and fearful the older I get—and I wanna do things to combat that. Let’s grow together!
🌸 Let go of FEAR. Every day.
Whatever it is you’re afraid of doing—just do it! That fear is a sign you’re about to grow.
🌸 Don’t be leashed to your phone.
Establishing boundaries with phone time + scroll time will help calm your nervous system.
🌸 Review your weekly expenses at the end of each week.
This way, you can better adjust to fit your monthly budget. Avoiding overdrafts or overspending leads to greater peace of mind and increased confidence.
As we embrace a new year, setting small, achievable goals can lead to significant victories in our lives. One powerful approach is to identify and confront our fears daily. Fear often indicates that we are on the brink of personal growth, so recognizing it as an opportunity rather than a setback can be transformative. Additionally, with the relentless presence of technology, it’s essential to set boundaries around phone usage. By limiting time spent scrolling through social media and focusing on real-life interactions, we can significantly reduce anxiety and improve our mental well-being. Moreover, maintaining a weekly financial review helps us become more aware of our spending habits. By tracking expenses, we create a roadmap for budget management and enhance our financial literacy. This mindfulness in budgeting not only reduces stress but also strengthens our confidence in decision-making. Incorporating these practices into our daily routines can encourage self-love and contribute to a fulfilling and anxiety-free year ahead. Let's prioritize our mental health as we step into 2025, creating a community that supports one another's ambitions and growth.
