it’s more of a ‘75 medium’ really but we’ve got serious plans to level upppp🤌🏼 so here’s my list of rules - 4 proper gym sessions a week minimum - 1 at home workout a week (running, ab routine, etc) - 1 rest day a week - 2 if my body needs it! - reading 2 chapters of a book a day - at least 1
