「いろどりぺんぎん」って検索すると“かき氷”の情報が気になる人が多いと思うので、私が行ったときに感じたポイントを補足します。 まず印象に残るのは、やっぱり「これ、かき氷って気づきますか…？」と言いたくなるホールケーキみたいなビジュアル。写真だとずっしり見えるのに、スプーンを入れると“ふわっとほどけて、すっと消える軽さ”で、食感のギャップが楽しいです。見た目だけじゃなくて、ちゃんと美味しいのが嬉しいところ。 味の面では、上のクリーム感とフルーツ（または和素材）の風味のバランスが良くて、デザートとして完成度が高いタイプ。私が食べた中だと、いちごは酸味と甘みのまとまりがよくて王道のケーキ感。黒ごまは香ばしさが強めで、甘さがくどくならず大人向けに感じました。柑橘ピスタチオはさっぱりしつつコクもあって、暑い日でも食べやすい組み合わせ。季節系（さくらなど）は香りで“今の季節感”を楽しめるので、迷ったら季節限定を選ぶのもありです。 あと地味に良かったのが、中にミルクベースのシロップが入っているところ。食べ進めると味が単調になりがちなのに、途中でミルキーさが出てきて口がリセットされる感じがあり、最後まで飽きにくい構成でした。 お店の使い勝手としては、落ち着いた雰囲気でカウンター席もあるので、ひとりでサクッと“ご褒美かき氷”を食べたい日にも入りやすいです。価格は1杯2000円前後とご褒美価格ですが、ケーキを1ホール見ているみたいな満足感と、素材感・仕上がりを考えると納得でした。 行く前のメモ：季節でメニューが変わりやすいので、「いろどりぺんぎん」の当日メニューを確認してから行くと、狙いの味（いちご、黒ごま、きんかんちょこ、柑橘ピスタチオ、さくら等）を選びやすいです。写真を撮るなら、提供直後がいちばん“ケーキ感”が出ます。
