The Power of Belief
The conscious & subconscious minds sit entirely within the intellectual plane, acting as the master control valves that dictate how spiritual energy becomes physical reality.
From personal experience, truly believing in a goal with both your conscious and subconscious mind creates a powerful internal mechanism that drives you forward. When your brain releases neurotransmitters like dopamine, you feel motivated and energized, pushing you to take consistent action toward your goal. Dopamine acts as a reward system, making you feel good about progress and encouraging continued effort. At the same time, serotonin helps regulate your mood, reducing stress and anxiety that could otherwise distract or drain your energy. I found that when my conscious belief wasn’t matched by subconscious conviction, progress was slow and outcomes unsatisfying. The subconscious mind, which governs about 95% of our mental processes, must be deeply aligned with what we consciously want. This alignment prevents internal resistance, such as doubts or fears, which can sabotage success. Practices such as visualization, positive affirmations, and mindfulness helped me sync both levels of belief. By regularly envisioning my success and affirming my capabilities, I gradually reprogrammed my subconscious mind to support my conscious goals. This alignment enhanced my focus and reduced burnout, as I wasn’t forcing myself but flowing naturally toward my aspirations. In summary, the power of belief lies not just in willing something to happen but in harmonizing all levels of your mind to create a fertile environment for your desired outcome. This holistic belief system releases neurochemicals that motivate and regulate your state, making the journey toward your goals more effective and enjoyable.
