So little backstory on me, I did martial arts for 8 years was very active until about 2-3 years ago. I got a shoulder injury got surgery, then my father passed (along with 4 other family members in the span of one year), then proceeded to get knee surgery found out I have a joint disease, and PCOS.

i’m someone who prefers white meat over red. now don’t get me wrong I do have red meat in my diet. by 95% of the time I lean towards white meat mostly chicken. but this is def one of my go to cheat meals when at restaurants because it still has high fiber and high protein. #dinnerideas #lemon8c
