Where I started where I’m at now!
1st picture is Nov 2022 my absolute heaviest 226lbs and started to try and lose weight but wasn’t super serious about it! Absolutely hated what I looked like knees started getting bad had no energy to do anything! 2nd picture was January 3rd 2026 I was 204lbs miserable hating my body how I look

Shifting into a new healthier me 🫶🏽💪🏽💜

Meet my son Jacob! He just turned 13 in Nov and has been patiently waiting for the day he could start hitting the gym with me! Well today was his first day ever going and he rocked it! I introduced him to strength training (we talked to his doctor it’s perfectly safe) we are starting with focus

This combination right here is chefs kiss! I just tried this flavor of built bar this past week and it actually has sea salt on the outside! It makes the bar even better imo This is literally my top favorite energy drink I love bloom the bloom pops are my favorite too! They aren’t too sweet
