Your OB ran your “hormone panel”…
And somehow skipped the ones that actually matter if you’re trying to get pregnant with PCOS.

Here’s the real tea:
There are 5 hormones that decide if your body feels safe enough to ovulate, implant, and carry.

And no—LH and estrogen don’t tell the whole story.

1. Progesterone – Holds the pregnancy. If it’s too low? Spotting, mood swings, and that “something’s off” feeling.

2. Cortisol – High stress = low ovulation. If you’re wired but tired, this one’s your thief.

3. Insulin – Spikes your testosterone, blocks ovulation, and wrecks your rhythm.

4. Thyroid Hormones (Free T3 + T4) – If these are low, implantation won’t stick—no matter how clean you eat.

5. FSH – If it’s off, your eggs don’t mature. No eggs = no ovulation = no pregnancy.

Most doctors don’t test these right.
And they won’t teach you how to fix them naturally.

But I will. Inside my free webinar:

“The 3 Secrets to Get Pregnant With PCOS—Without IVF, Diets, or Losing Yourself.”

Comment WEBINAR and I’ll DM you the link.

Your body’s not broken.
It’s just been misunderstood.

2025/8/9 Edited to

... Read morePolycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) often complicates conception due to hormonal imbalances that affect ovulation and pregnancy maintenance. Understanding the critical pregnancy hormones—progesterone, cortisol, insulin, thyroid hormones (Free T3 and T4), and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)—is vital for managing PCOS-related infertility. Progesterone is crucial for sustaining pregnancy by preparing the uterine lining and preventing spotting and mood swings. Low levels can cause early miscarriage or implantation failure. Cortisol, known as the stress hormone, negatively impacts ovulation by altering the body’s stress response, making stress management a key factor in improving fertility. Insulin resistance common in PCOS raises testosterone levels, disrupting ovulation cycles and hormonal balance. Managing insulin through diet, exercise, and sometimes medication can restore ovulation regularity. Thyroid hormones regulate metabolism and reproductive health; deficiencies in Free T3 and T4 hinder embryo implantation despite a healthy lifestyle. FSH is essential for egg maturation; abnormal FSH can mean poor egg development, preventing ovulation altogether. Routine fertility panels often exclude these hormones, leading to missed diagnoses and ineffective treatments. Emerging holistic approaches emphasize natural hormone balancing through lifestyle interventions, stress reduction, and targeted supplementation. Personalized assessment and monitoring of these five hormones help women with PCOS better understand their fertility landscape and take proactive steps toward conception without invasive interventions like IVF. For women struggling with PCOS, awareness of these hormones offers empowerment and a clearer path toward pregnancy success, aligning with natural cycles and body signals often overlooked in traditional fertility testing and treatment.
