“One more cycle” sounded reasonable the first time you said it.
The medication was new, the supplements had just arrived and you wanted to give your body enough time before spending more money on another solution.
But several months have passed, and you are still hoping the next cycle will somehow explain what the last one never did.
I understand why you keep waiting.
After doctors, copays, supplements, medications and negative pregnancy tests have already taken so much from you, hope can start feeling like the most expensive thing you own.
What if you invest again and nothing changes?
What if your partner thinks you are doing too much?
What if the medication only needed another month?
Waiting lets you postpone those questions, but it does not answer them.
So I would stop calling waiting a strategy, especially when one PCOS cycle can quietly become another forty, sixty or seventy days.
I would stop repeating the same OPKs, supplements and timing routine while calling it a new plan simply because the calendar changed.
And I would stop believing I needed to reach complete exhaustion before support became reasonable.
Because when the next OPK turns dark or the spotting begins earlier than expected, you should not have to end up back on Google at midnight trying to decide whether everything needs to change.
Inside From PCOS to Pregnancy™, I already know what we were watching, why it mattered and whether the new information means we stay the course, ask a better provider question or adjust the plan.
You have already proven that you can carry a lot.
The question is how many more unpredictable cycles you want to carry without understanding what the previous one should have taught you.
If you have been saying “one more cycle” for months, comment SUPPORT and I’ll send you the details.
