Not with another supplement. Not with “just lose weight.” And definitely not with another round of meds and no plan.
1️⃣ I’d prove I’m actually ovulating. A period isn’t proof. A positive OPK isn’t proof either. I’d want to know my body finished the job.
2️⃣ I’d look at my blood sugar before anything else. With PCOS, insulin can quietly stall ovulation for months while everyone tells you your labs look “normal.”
3️⃣ I’d check the second half of my cycle. This is the part almost nobody looks at. If it’s too short, a baby has no time to stick.
I’m a nurse with 15+ years in Labor & Delivery and the NICU, and I have PCOS. I got pregnant naturally, twice. This is the exact order I’d follow again.
I’m teaching all 3, step by step, in a FREE live training on Thursday, Nov 12 at 1 PM ET. Bring your questions and your confusion. We’re connecting the dots.
