Regarding the recent incident in which several Vietnamese individuals, as well as a Vietnamese shoe brand, used my video content for promotional and commercial purposes without my authorization, such usage may have caused confusion among consumers and may not have complied with TikTok’s policies and guidelines.
Prior to this, I had already contacted and warned the parties involved. However, I was subsequently blocked from further communication. As a result, I found it necessary to create a video to clarify the facts and explain the situation publicly.
Ultimately, the brand has removed all of my video content from its related platforms and has privately reached out to offer a formal apology regarding the matter.
I would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported me, shared their opinions, and engaged constructively throughout this situation.
