Breakfast lunch and dinner
Hi all, this is my first post as an 18-year-old trying to lose weight! A little about my journey is that I've struggled with my weight for a long time, which badly damaged my mental health. I've done toxic diet things, which ended up with me binge eating at the end of the day. At my worst, I weighed 300 lbs, and my mental health was at an all-time low. Senior year, I started some medication to help me lose weight, and so far, I weigh 229 lbs. In almost 12 months, I lost 70+ lbs, and I feel great. I'm working with a dietitian and therapist to work on my food and mental habits, so to keep my unmotivated brain going, I decided to "blog" or post my food of the day every day here! I'm here to spread love and body positivity; I'm still learning too, so any ideas or help would be so appreciated. Anyways, loves, here is my breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Breakfast: I had an omelet with pepper, onions, mushrooms, spinach, bacon, and cheese; pineapple and melon; and hash browns. Lunch: Soup and pork with sauce. Dinner: Salmon poke bowl. I consider this a mind and body meal, but overall, it's better than what I've had before!
