Let’s talk about PCOS

For my girlies that have PCOS how did you find out you had it? When did you realize you have it? Did the doctor tell you that you had it or you had to ask?

I’ve always wondered for years if I had it because of my irregular period & how heavy they are , I always went to by obgyn and I always got told I have irregular period that was it so I never asked could I have PCOS and now that I’m older and I’ve seen a lot of signs that I may have it & I wonder a lot more now could I have it & should I just go ahead and bring it up to my doctor since it was never brought up to me.
