Day 3 Consistancy

Here’s my work out for the day I started off with 20 minute stair master as always 1 minute warm up in lowest setting and then 9 minutes on level 5 repeated x2 I ended my gym session at the sauna for 30 minutes unfortunately I wasn’t dripping sweat like I wanted to but I definitely feel so good!
