Working out at 35

In 2019, I was in the best shape of my life. Then the pandemic happened and everything changed. But then things opened up again… and I didn’t move. I gained 30 pounds over the last 5 years and in March, I decided I was done making excuses. I’m down 5lbs and staying in calorie deficit. Now I’m working out everyday. Yoga on my rest days.
