The gym is ours too ladies!

You have every right to be in what I like to call - the ego lifting part of the gym.

If you walk in confident acting like you know what you are doingโ€ฆโ€ฆ no one will judge you. If they are looking at you, itโ€™s prob because you are a cute gym baddie ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ AND YOU ARE ! Just make sure those leggings arenโ€™t see through before you start doing those RDLS in the middle of the gym๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‚

When it comes down to it, everyone is in there for the same reason - to โ€œget more in shapeโ€

Here are some things that have helped me (especially when starting out) minus a gym buddy !!

. Know what you are going to do before you go into the gym

. Study what form you need to practice to make sure you are executing movements properly so you most importantly- donโ€™t hurt yourself or are worried someone is going to judge your form like I wasโ€ฆ FALSE no one really cares what you are doing ! Ill be making form posts for guidance.

. Find yourself a cute gym outfit! I have all of mine linked in my highlights on ig! They always makes me feel more confident!

. If you forgot to make a plan for your gym dayโ€ฆ walk on the treadmill for a little bit to plan what you are going to do and if the weights are in front of your treadmill scope out the gym or watch how other people are using it If youโ€™re not sure.

. Wear a hat! Hats are so cute for the gym and perfect when you arenโ€™t feeling as confident.

. Oversized clothing! Currently loving this style and perfect for when youโ€™re not feeling as confident about your body or bloated on your period !

. Blasting worship, music or Christian rap before your workout or during your work out. Praying that God gives you the strength and wisdom to get you through your work out is also a great idea!
