Oldie but a goodie

In a stand mixer 3/4c warm milk 2 & 1/4 tsp dry active yeast 1/4c sugar 2 lg eggs 8 tbs melted butter 1/2c sourdough discard 3 1/3c flour 1 tsp salt 🍩Kneed for 5 minutes out of mixer 🍩Add to greased bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours or over night 🍩roll dough out
