I try to perform a cleansing on my home regularly, especially after guests visit or during seasonal changes. Along with space clearing, I cleanse items like crystals, jewelry, and even my workspace to maintain energetic balance. Timing matters, too—many suggest cleansing during new moons or before important events to invite protection and positivity. Daily simple rituals such as lighting a sage stick and walking mindfully through the rooms while setting intentions can support ongoing spiritual hygiene.
