It creates an environment of suspicion, and that's not a place where love can thrive. Finally, feeling controlled or stifled is another path to losing someone quickly. Everyone needs their independence and personal space. If you're constantly monitoring their activities, questioning their friendships, or dictating their choices, you're essentially suffocating them. Love should be about supporting growth, not restricting it. When someone feels trapped, their natural instinct is to break free. Reflecting on these points has been eye-opening for me.
