I never expected to have a moment to what was, before this summer of loss, a silly song I heard on tiktok. the me of a few years ago would be shocked that of all music, i sought comfort in country, but through my experience this song became a little beacon of hope, and maybe too a reminder that I’m not alone.

and yes, I am finding joy in life again 🦋
