People are not jobs = no opportunities

We believe that to have an individual "today" it is not easy.

Some start from scratch.

Some people have no cost.

Someone has to learn everything by themselves.

We want to talk about work.

There was a time when someone had to find the team.

And then there's the debate, "I want someone who's a job."

Because work immediately. No need to teach a lot.

It's not wrong, because experienced people come with greater talent and readiness, but of course sometimes at the expense of experience.

But for us, we are not just looking for the best, we want more people who are ready to learn, who can teach, and who are ready to grow together, because even if they are not good today, it does not mean that they will not be good in the future.

We are the ones who believe that, whether experienced or inexperienced, the availability of each person is not equal.

But one of the things you want everyone to think about is... everyone started from scratch, too.

Some people learn fast.

Someone might need time.

But it doesn't mean he can't learn.

Through our past work, we have met many different types of people and have the opportunity to teach many people.

What we always looked at wasn't just "Are you good?"

But "on purpose?"

Some people may still not do well in the first place.

Some may be slow. Might need reteaching.

But it's better than people who don't care, don't try or learn anything.

So we want to say that

When someone is starting something new

Don't rush off his chances.

Because when we started,

We probably wanted to get a chance from someone, too. 🤍

We just thought of ourselves at the beginning of work.
