Deleting Instagram for Lemon8.
I’ve had Instagram since middle school and it was an obsession to scroll through Instagram and see what my favorite influencers are doing and what the new trends are. It became an obsession to make sure my posts would get likes to the point where if it didn’t get any likes or any type of recognition I would delete it. I’ve deactivated my Instagram account multiple times but would activate it again the next week because I didn’t want to “miss out” on anything. I deactivated and deleted Instagram Instagram on January 2024 and have not activated it since then so it has been about 3 months. I then discovered Lemon8 where I look for inspirations when it comes to styling outfit or just about anything in general. Personally I could say that this is the best social app I’ve ever used.
